  1. But you forgot the important part, was it good! I hate when I have something that messes up my BS and it wasn’t as good as what I thought it would be. Fortunately, my favorite pizza place is over 100 miles away and the local ones are not anything to write home about.

  2. A well-defined peak, then a steady descent back to 109. Not too bad, if you ask me. My BG usually reaches a plateau and stays there for a few hours before coming back down.

  3. jeesh, that’s not too bad. up and then back down in a fairly short time. i had the weekend of peaks, peaks and more peaks. Indian food on friday, greek on saturday and chinese on sunday. i love them all, but that will be it for a while. too many highs make me feel like crap. it was a binge i shall not repeat any time soon!

  4. Ahhh, but use what you learned from your graph and take notes for a different combo bolus to try out next time. I just know you can figure out the right combo with lots of practice. Unless, of course, it just isn’t worth the work for you. That’s how I am with oatmeal – it spikes me through the roof every time, but instead of trying to figure out how to bolus for it, I’m perfectly happy to eat grits instead. 🙂
